Admission Letter

An Admission Letter is an official document issued by the university confirming that you have been accepted into a study program based on your application.

After submitting your application, universities usually issue the Admission Letter within 3-5 working days, depending on the university and program.

Invitation for Study

Study Invitation Letter is an official document issued by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine, allowing international students to apply for a student visa.

The invitation process takes around 10-15 working days, depending on university processing and government approval.

This document is mandatory for applying for a Ukrainian student visa and is proof that you have been officially accepted by a Ukrainian university.

Visa for Study

After receiving your Study Invitation Letter, visit the Ukrainian embassy/consulate in your country and submit a visa application along with the required documents.

  • Valid International passport
  • Study Invitation Letter
  • Admission Letter
  • Medical certificate
  • Photos
  • Financial proof for tuition and living expenses

Arrival to Ukraine & University Registration

  2. Complete airport immigration formalities.
  3. We will arrange transportation to your university or dormitory.
  4. Attend your university’s registration and orientation session.

You will need to submit:

  • Passport with visa
  • Original Admission and Invitation Letters
  • Academic transcripts
  • Medical certificate
  • Tuition fee receipt
