Step 1: Choose a University
Browse through the top universities in Ukraine and select the one that best fits your academic and career goals.
Step 2: Select Your Program
Pick a study program that aligns with your interests, whether it's Medicine, Engineering, IT, Business, or other available fields.
Step 3: Fill Out the Application Form & Submit
Complete the online Application Form and provide the necessary details. Click "Submit" to send your application.
Step 4: University Review & Offer Letter
The university will review your application and issue an official Offer Letter if you meet the admission criteria.
Step 5: Accept or Reject the Offer
Once you receive the offer, confirm your decision by emailing us at info@studyukraine.org. If you accept, we will proceed with the next steps.
Step 6: Receive Your Official Invitation
After accepting the offer, the university will issue an Official Invitation Letter from the Ministry of Education of Ukraine. Please be patient, as this is a lengthy process.
Step 7: Congratulations! You Are Now a University Student
With your official invitation, your seat at the university is secured!
Step 8: Apply for Your Visa
Visit the Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate in your country (as mentioned in your application) and submit your visa application along with the required documents.
Step 9: Inform Us About Your Arrival
Once you purchase your flight ticket, notify us of your travel date, arrival time, and border crossing point so we can arrange your pickup and university registration.
